1)Authors experienced a 13 year old female patient with symmetrically pni-head sized small papules on the extensor surface of upper extremities, posterior trunk and neck. 2) The result of histopathological findings, chest radiographic finding and Mantoux reaction reaction revealed as the papulonecrotic tuberculids. 3) The papules disappeared in 40 days after antituberculous therapy.
